Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Free standard shipping
We offer free standard shipping to the countries listed at checkout. No minimum purchase required. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to deliver there at this time. Availability may change depending on carrier coverage, local regulations, or customs restrictions.
In the rare case that a carrier cannot deliver to your address after your order is placed (for example, a remote or restricted area), we will contact you and offer a full refund or an alternative delivery option.

Tracking

Customs, duties, and taxes
Our free shipping includes customs clearance and all import duties and taxes. There are no additional charges when your order is delivered, and you do not need to pay anything to the carrier or customs on arrival.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
